Warming Bitters Tincture
Sluggish or uncomfortable digestion can be at the root of many of our modern health discomforts. Bitters, especially ones with a balance of warm and cold or astringent flavors, help the gut know that it is time to activate the digestive juices. And, with other helpful plants like chamomile, any associated pain is also eased. 1-3 dropperfulls before and / or after meals works wonders!
